Born in Biga, Çanakkale, Doğan Ali Doğan completed his undergraduate studies in English Business Administration at Yeditepe University. He completed his master’s degree in Management at the University of London Birkbeck, and then completed a master’s program in International Business (MIB) at Hult Business School.

Doğan Ali Doğan serves as a Member of the Executive Board of Doğanlar Holding and as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Doğyap Construction, and is responsible for the management of construction and investment projects, project development, and strategic growth processes. He plays an active role in the planning, investment, and implementation processes of projects in the construction sector; contributing to the realization of projects and the effective execution of operational processes. In 2026, he started serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of Biotrend Environmental and Energy Investments Inc.

In addition to his professional duties, Doğan Ali Doğan, who is also actively involved in civil society work, serves as the Chairman of the Uganda Business Council of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) and contributes to the development of commercial and economic relations between Turkey and Uganda. He is also a Fenerbahçe Congress Member.
