Born in Germany in 1988, Güçer Doğan completed his primary and secondary education in Biga, and his high school education at Istanbul Private Yüzyıl Işık High School. During his education, he entered the workforce at an early age by doing summer internships at production facilities within Doğanlar Holding between 2005-2010.

In 2015, Güçer Doğan started working as a Strategy and Development Specialist at Doğanlar Holding. In 2016, he took on the role of Sales Manager at Doğankent Elektrik A.Ş. Between 2017-2018, he worked in the Human Resources department of Doğanlar Holding, gaining experience in organizational development and corporate processes.

Güçer Doğan serves as a Board Member of Biotrend Environment and Energy Investments A.Ş. and Korad Real Estate Investment Construction A.Ş., and continues his work in the fields of energy, real estate, and sustainable investments.

He is also a member of the TÜSİAD Intracorporate Entrepreneurship Working Group and BİSİAD.
